Refunds & Returns Policy

At EFL Designs, our refund and returns policy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We maintain thorough records of shipments and their delivery dates. If you encounter any issues with missing or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. While we will continue to assist you beyond this timeframe to ensure your satisfaction, please understand that resolving certain issues may become more challenging over time.

In the event of shipping damages, please take detailed photographs of the damage, including the packaging. Visual evidence, such as photos and videos, greatly assists in filing claims with shippers. Although shippers may take time to process refunds, we will do our utmost to ensure you receive your props or a refund promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Timeliness is crucial, and if we are not contacted within a reasonable period, it may affect our ability to process refunds through standard channels.

If you cancel an order, there are processing fees involved in your order that you will not be refunded. Depending on the timeframe of you cancellation, you may be charged for any shipping supplies. Please understand, we try to ship fast and generally thru the year we are same or next day shipping. So if you cancel an order, these are fees that will not be refunded.
